If you're looking for casual elegance for your next Bonaire vacation, Sonrisa Rooms & Apartments is for you! Sonrisa Rooms & Apartments opened in March, 2007 with units overlooking either a small garden on the windy side or the pool.

It's architectural designed with the old traditional Colonial Dutch style in mind, but yet with still a flavor of the Caribbean feel. Sonrisa offers you modern European decorated accommodations with some of the most important amenities that you would want while on vacation, a super comfortable bed, wireless internet, a swimming pool and world class activities.

Sonrisa is centrally located with just a three-minute walk to the small public beach, "Chachacha", and only five minutes from most restaurants on the boulevard and a supermarket. Daily shuttle service is available for a small fee to Bonaire Windsurf Place at 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Return shuttle back to Sonrisa is available at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Sail for a half day or the entire day!

The complex offers eight non-smoking hotel rooms and two non-smoking one-bedroom apartments or one non-smoking two-bedroom apartment. Groups can be accepted up to 26 persons.

Each hotel room comes with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, room safe, hot water, mini-fridge, facilities for coffee or tea, hair dryers, and cable television. You'll enjoy daily maid service, complimentary breakfast sandwich and coffee, a private balcony or patio, and free wireless Internet.

The one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments also offer the same amenities as the hotel rooms, but in addition, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and refrigerator.

The rooms are decorated in soothing Caribbean colors and tropical ambience and overlook either the small garden (garden view rooms are located on Bonaire's windy side) or the swimming pool. Your hosts will ensure you want for nothing.

Limited quantities of cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Email Sonrisa if you are in need of these items. Irons and ironing boards are available at reception.

Windsurfing Packages: Sonrisa has special rates for windsurfers. All packages include 7 nights lodging, six days of windsurfing and gear for those who are sailing, airport "meet & greet" upon request up to 10:00 PM, daily breakfast sandwich and coffee, daily shuttle to Bonaire Windsurf Place for those sailing, and all government hotel taxes.
